The OKC Mobile Market offers up fresh produce to residents of Oklahoma County at no cost. We know that access to fresh fruit and vegetables is a barrier for many folks in the community, not only due to food deserts, but also the rising cost of food. Mobile Market stops not only offer free produce, but also the opportunity for residents to connect with a Community Health Worker to be connected to other resources they may need with the goal of eliminating as many barriers as possible.
There is no eligibility requirement and no ID is required, however, OCCHD does collect zip code data.
Note: Each person who visits a mobile market stop will receive a bag of fresh produce, while supplies last, that includes 6-9 items and information on OCCHD and Library resources.
